Gave them reason for bringing in my truck,I feel used to much oil, also using coolant, and uses a lot of Def !! The service writer I feel did not do his job correctly. And did not keep me up to date with the progress. Other than saying they wanted to charge me to reprogram for the deaf problem and charge me. Then after two days said they found the radiator leaking and had to order it. Also I bought an extended warranty I was under the impression my truck was covered to 125,000. Been to this dealer several times and always felt like they cared. After this experience with this service writer, I will have second thoughts before I take it back in there again especially if he’s my service rider..

The atmosphere was excellent however on the Mazda 6 the boys failed me. They did not detach the oil filter access in the undercarriage and the filter rolled out and got spilled all over the opened the undercarriage to retrieve filter and failed to put the body pin in correctly we left and the under carage caught one of the construction trenches on main street and ripped half of it off and also the spilled out on the under carriage now leaks on my garage floor.
